DOCA is governed by an elected Executive Committee and Board of Directors, all of whom are JCOC alumni serving as volunteers.
DOCA's leadership is drawn entirely from its membership — JCOC alumni who volunteer their time and expertise to advance the organization's mission. Officers and board members are elected by the membership and serve defined terms as outlined in DOCA's bylaws.
The Executive Committee handles day-to-day governance, while the Board of Directors — including Regional Vice Presidents from across the country — provides strategic direction and ensures DOCA serves members in every part of the nation.
